Focus T25 STATurday week 2 was great

Okay here are my STATurday results for the 2nd week of Focus T25. I didn’t post them last week because I wasn’t sure what to expect from the program. Last week I gained some weight from my initial weigh-in and lost a total of 1 inch, this week I was expecting to lose more weight and not lose any inches because that seemed to be what happened in the past.

Here’s the rundown of my totals for these last 2 weeks:

Weight – Down 1.2 pounds

Waist – Lost 1 inch

Hips – Lost 1 inch

Chest – Gained 1/2 an inch

Arms and Thighs no change.

Overall I’m happy. The inch I lost last week was 1/2 an inch in my waist and 1/2 and inch in my hips so lost another 1/2 an inch each as well as going down in pounds is a good sign. I’m interested how this journey is going to continue.

Focus T25 Double Day Friday #2

All I can say is wow. I’m surprised I make it through two workouts back to back. I know I will be feeling the burn today. Focus T25 has been amazing so far and I can’t wait to see my results tomorrow. The Focus T25 sale is over, but I can say it’s definitely worth the money.

Gearing up for Focus T25 I’m looking over the grocery list.  Once you go through the items there is a lot of items but it is a great variety.  I started getting the T25 grocery list together so I decided to share it to have it in one spot.  I don’t plan on following the plan exactly because it doesn’t match my taste preferences, but there are several recipes that I plan on trying.  This is also the list from the Fast Track Guide, not everything on the nutrition guide.

Focus T25 Challenge Group Starts 7/22

My next challenge is coming up!  The new 10 Week Focus T25 Challenge, if you have 25 minutes a day 5 days a week to work out this is for you!  If you are committed to getting healthy and fit, then I am committed to you!

Focus T25 Available Soon!

Shaun T has done it again, releasing another Beachbody workout. First  he had Hip Hop Abs and Rockin” Body , Shaun T had us moving and dancing off the pounds. Then came Insanity and Insanity:The Asylum that brought us the high intensity interval training (HIIT). Now Shaun T has done it again with a  new program called Focus T25.

What is the Focus T25 Workout? Well the great part it that is it a 25 minute workout that is only  5 days a week. It will give you the same results as a hour long workout. The program is broken down into 3 phases. Focus T25 begins with a foundation of the basic moves. Once you learn the moves and have them perfected Shaun T moves to the Core stage. Core Strength, Core Moves, Core Speed. Now you start to tone and tighten your body. Then comes the strength stage. Using dumbbell or resistance bands, you start to sculpt your body into the specimen it was meant to be.

60 days, 5 days a week, 25 minutes. You can do it! No Excuses!!
