Shakeology

Shakeology is a meal replacement shake I take every day.  But it’s more than a meal replacement.  It contains over 70 exotic fruits and vegetables, phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, herbs, probiotics, and digestive enzymes.  Shakeology isn’t just a meal replacement, it’s my most important meal of the day and the most nutrient packed meal.  Shakeology comes in several flavors: Chocolate, Vegan Chocolate, Tropical Strawberry (Vegan), Greenberry, and Vanilla.  The shakes have a range from 130 calories to 160 calories, making it a very low calorie, extremely nutrient dense meal.  Of course you can add fresh or frozen fruits and vegetable, mix it with water and ice, milk, or juice.  There are even recipes to make desserts with Shakeology!
