Warmth of Home

Are you a fair weather fitness fan? Everybody knows that it is easier to stick to an exercise plan in the summer. It is not hard to get out and go for a run in the sun. But how are you when the cold nights draw in? Still keen to leave your nice warm house to get your workout in?

It is tough to keep up the hard work you have put in over the summer months when it is dark outside and all you want to do is curl up in front of the TV. It takes real effort to drag yourself out to the gym, even though you know that once you get there you will be glad you did it.

Even the most hardcore fitness fanatics amongst you will have days when, for one reason or another, getting out to the gym or out for a run is simply not an option. If that’s the case then you need to have a backup plan.

If you cannot tear yourself away from home to be at the gym then bring the gym to your home. You don’t need any special equipment to get an effective workout done in your front room.
