Shakeology Pudding

Well, I didn’t think my daughter would get tired of eating a Shakeology cookie every day, but it happened. So we tried the Shakeology pudding.  It’s not the same texture as regular pudding and its too rich of a chocolate flavor for the girls liking. But I thought it taste fine. Not as good an the creamy pudding you get in the store, but they also don’t have fruits, vegetable, antioxidants, and probiotics in them.

Here is the recipe I used:

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

3/4 cup boiling water

2 cups cold unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 1/2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology

To Prepare:

Combine gelatin and water in a medium bowl until dissolved. Add almond milk. Place gelatin mixture and Shakeology in a blender, cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4 dessert cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
