Paleo Diet What is it?

Have you heard more and more about this Paleo Diet or what we should call Paleo Lifestyle? I keep hearing more and more about it and like all ‘diets’ there is always some criticism. I don’t care who you are or what your beliefs are, you need to find a healthy way to eating that fits you. The Paleo lifestyle eating could be what you’ve been looking for.

Dairy products, cereals, grains, processed foods, and refined sugars are not a part of this diet. So if you’v never heard of this diet I’m sure you’re wondering what on earth you’ll be able to eat. I mean most of the foods you see in the store are processes and full of sugar. Not only that, but I’m sure you probably have breads and grains throughout your regular day. It’s really not as hard as it may seem.

My suggestion is to ease into it. Don’t tell yourself after reading information today that okay from this point forward I’m going to eat Paleo. It’s probably not going to work out for you. Read up on the diet and different recipes you know you’d enjoy and try a few here and there each day. It’s amazing the recipes you try that you never would have thought of putting together and they turn out amazing.
