Okay I’ve been working out regularly to the Focus T25 workouts for the past 10 days and now I’m sneezing and blowing my nose consistently. I’ve never had allergies growing up but last year started getting a runny nose in the summer and found that taking allergy medication helped me, but don’t want to be taking medication when I’m trying to eat healthy and exercising. Does this happen to you? What do you do?
I am using the sinus cleanse to help relieve the pressure right now. I use the squirt bottle version. I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to make it through another couple days of work like this if it gets any worse. I sit by the window and found that every time I looked out the window I was sneezing, which of course didn’t help with my nose running already.
Crossing my fingers that this doesn’t last too long.
