Do Food Diaries Work?

It has been shown that people who track their food intake daily have better success.  Food diaries work for me.  I know from experience I ask myself if I want that handful of peanuts bad enough to write it down.  It’s an extra step you have to take and if it’s not a food your wanted so badly to put it in your food diary then you weren’t that hungry in the first place.

Watch this video about a 6 month study that was done and see what results they found from the people in the test group that did write down what they ate versus the people who didn’t.
