It has been shown that people who track their food intake daily have better success. Food diaries work for me. I know from experience I ask myself if I want that handful of peanuts bad enough to write it down. It’s an extra step you have to take and if it’s not a food your wanted so badly to put it in your food diary then you weren’t that hungry in the first place.
