Can eating raw foods really be dangerous? There are many cookbooks about raw foods and eating raw is a healthy way of eating. I never thought of eating raw foods as being dangerous until I read an article which made me realize how you really can have too much of a good thing.
I’m not saying that anyone eating a raw diet is unhealthy. But most people on a raw diet watch to make sure they are getting proper nutrition. I know the first thing that comes to mind people ask how you get protein if you don’t eat meat. Protein is in beans, broccoli, and other vegetables.
If you know anyone that is extremely health conscious it’s possible they have this eating disorder, especially if they get so dietary conscious that they are thinking of health food almost all the time and choosing to be unsatisfied and eating healthy food than eating something that satisfies them.
